This is hybrid position with weekly hours split between remote work and work out of a shared space at the Centennial office. The Innovation Group will not be funding relocation costs should we hire an applicant from out of state or country.

JOB PURPOSE
Seeking full time analyst position at a casino and hospitality consulting firm. Looking for an individual capable of conducting research and analytics, and communicating results in reports, presentations, and verbal discussions. Position supports and reports to senior level staff in that office, and other associates and partners as required. Requires strong analytical background with strong mathematical and statistical skills, qualitative and quantitative research skills, problem solving skills, and advanced writing, thought process, and communication skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities include providing research, quantitative, qualitative, and written support for project related work. Projects will mainly include feasibility and market assessments for casino and hospitality projects in both United States and international jurisdictions. Additional responsibilities include supporting marketing and business development efforts, as well as limited administrative duties.

GENERAL ABILITIES
-Perform independent analytical research, both qualitative and quantitative, and provide validation relating to casino and hospitality developments;
-Apply creative solutions to complete data research tasks, delivering clear and accurate summaries for internal and external use;
-Apply critical thinking skills and advanced writing skills with the goal of solving complex and multi-faceted business problems in the form of reports and presentations;
-Develop presentations to summarize and communicate key messages to team members and clients;
-Collaborate with others within the organization to develop new ideas and brainstorm potential solutions;
-Perform special projects and ad hoc analysis in support of business development opportunities;
-Ability to work with many disciplines and management levels across the organization and collaborate to develop new ideas and brainstorm potential solutions.

REASONING ABILITIES
-Outstanding critical thinking and problem solving skills;
-Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
-Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications include:
-Education – Bachelor’s degree with a major in business, finance, geography, urban planning, or a closely related field; Graduate degree in business, finance, or urban planning is preferable;
-Experience – 2-4 years of business or financial analyst experience is preferred;
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, charts, graphs, and advanced formula writing;
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, including customization, working with other applications, and managing slide shows;
-Foreign language proficiency is preferred – Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Spanish, and Italian;
-Knowledge of mapping and GIS software is preferred;
-Strong organizational skills;
-Must display relentless attention to detail;
-Can work simultaneously on multiple projects;

COMPENSATION
-Compensation upwards of $50,000-$75,000 per year and commensurate with experience
