The Innovation Group conducted a market assessment for this world-class entertainment destination in the Meadowlands Sports Complex which serves the New York and New Jersey local and tourist markets. TIG also provided feasibility analyses for diverse indoor and outdoor attractions, including amusements, water park, aquarium, performing arts center, movie complex, and observation deck.
Port City Colombo Integrated Resort Opportunity

The Innovation Group was engaged in 2018 to complete a comprehensive integrated resort market study for the Port City project, which had strong market potential. TIG conducted research and analysis to evaluate the unique IR development environment and adopted international standards. TIG also analyzed the economic and social benefits that the Port City Special Economic Zone would receive from a world-class IR with well-protected foreign investment and ownership.
